Will I be charged for a site visit?

Absolutely not. All initial visits are free.

Can you provide references?

We have many and they are available upon request.

Does your workmanship carry a warranty and is it honored?

Yes and yes! We carry a full-year warranty on plantings and hardscapes and we seldom have any callbacks. But when we do, we return in a timely manner.

Is it ok to tip the installation crews?

Certainly not necessary, but they sure do like when our customers show their appreciation in this manner.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, all major credit cards are accepted.

Will my project be started and not finished in a timely manner?

When we begin a project, we stay until completion. We value your business and will not leave to "squeeze in other projects" before completion.

Do you repair existing hardscapes?

Yes, If it is not one we installed, you will get an assessment of its condition and can warranty our repair and honor it.
